Add a starter APP.md to the default Apps template so each new app has a home page guide. The guide explains the included examples and asks developers to replace it with their app's details. The server change names that page after the deployed app.

Local preview (not a deployed App)

The recording opens the local page and shows its title and guide content.

How was this change tested?

• Automated test (unit, integration, etc.)
• Manual test (provide reproducible testing steps below): Markdown lint, Prettier, agent sync, Node 26 type checks, and App build passed. I opened a local Notion page from this template’s APP.md and checked the content and the title persisted by the local server (HTTP 200). This was a local preview, not an Apps deployment.
