Description

Updates the gh-skills-builder external plugin entry from v2.0.0 to the latest release, v2.1.0.

• version: 2.0.0 → 2.1.0
• source.ref: v2.0.0 → v2.1.0
• source.sha: 3f5fa04 → e6f38e29068aed1aa7c65df8de243804e80daa3f

v2.1.0 adds exercise naming based on the outline abstract (forbidding a skills- prefix) and repository-shell setup to the bootstrap skill. The plugin description and keywords are unchanged.

.github/plugin/marketplace.json was regenerated with npm run build.
