System Audit

The Audit module checks whether the original issue was resolved.

A system remains incomplete until the result is reviewed against the original problem. This module closes the loop by asking whether the original trigger was neutralized and what changed after execution.

Audit Questions

1. Was the original trigger neutralized?

If the trigger still exists, the solution may have failed or only reduced symptoms.

2. What is the new context?

Every action changes the baseline. The new context should be documented.

3. What new friction appeared?

Execution can create new problems, constraints, or opportunities.

4. What should feed back into the system?

The updated context becomes input for future diagnosis, mapping, decisions, and execution.

Purpose

This module prevents repeated unresolved cycles. It helps users learn from action instead of only moving from one task to the next.
