[JCLEM-50] Add display name and description for Perfect Meetings (#121)

## Summary
- Add `notion.name` (`Perfect Meetings`) and `notion.description` to the
perfect-meetings template `package.json`.
- This gives the app a human-readable identity that `ntn apps deploy`
can use as the default name.

## Test plan
- [x] Confirm `apps/templates/perfect-meetings/package.json` includes
`notion.name` and `notion.description`.
- [x] After the CLI change lands, run `ntn apps deploy` in this template
and confirm the name prompt defaults to Perfect Meetings.
