Currently doing CI/CD pipeline maintenence

I've been working on the AI Runner Linux package for the last couple of days. I hit a few snags but I'm making progress.

Among the various issues I've hit -

• Lots of path and permissions issues
• Docker artifacts too large to build and deploy on Github
• Missing libraries

I've been able to work through each of these issues and achieve a working build and I'm just getting the last few details worked out before the whole CI/CD pipeline is back on track.

In the meantime I've disabled the pypi workflow so that I don't trigger it with Act by mistake.

We now have CI/CD set up for linux packages. Builds look like they take around 5 minutes. I'll be moving these to a different server so maintenance is not yet completely done, but the build is more stable now and I don't anticipate further interruptions.
